Formation and properties of mesoporous MoS-=SUB=-2-=/SUB=- films

چکیده

Molybdenum disulfide is a crystalline material which attracts considerable attention due to explicit two-dimensional character of its electronic properties. To obtain MoS 2 films thermally evaporated molybdenum and gaseous H S were used as precursors in this work. As result chemical reaction these consisting flake-like nanometer thickness assembled from parallel atomic layers with predominantly perpendicular (with respect substrate surface) orientation deposited on the surface Si substrate. In work we investigate dependence film morphology deposition time, temperature concentration phase. Presence mono- bi-layered structures was revealed using Raman spectroscopy electron microscopy. Dependence photoluminescence properties size crystallites produced also studied. Keywords: 2D materials, transition metal dichalcogenides, flakes, monolayers, mesoporous films.
